Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Velocity Systems ("we", "us"), 6, Sukraa Nagar, Kavanur, Kattankulathur, Chennai 603203, Tamil Nadu, India, under the name RevenueSaved, to the business that buys them ("you").

1. Services. We provide lead-leak audits, monitoring and re-audits of how customers reach your business, as described on our website and in your engagement letter. We don't implement fixes.

2. Authorization. We make test calls, texts, form submissions or messages to your business only after you authorize them in writing, for the channels, numbers and dates listed in your engagement letter. We do not record test calls, and we send texts only to the numbers you list. You confirm you have the right to authorize this. You can withdraw authorization at any time by email.

3. Your responsibilities. You give us accurate information about your channels and business hours. You tell your staff any information your local law requires about third-party testing.

4. No guaranteed results. Our reports describe what we observed during testing. We don't guarantee any increase in revenue, leads or bookings.

5. Independence and referral disclosure. For each leak we suggest 2–3 options, including an in-house option. If a provider pays us a referral fee, we disclose it in writing next to that option. You're free to choose any option, or none. If a partner introduced you to us, we disclose any fee we pay that partner.

6. Fees and payment. Fees are in US dollars as shown on our website or in your engagement letter, paid in advance through Razorpay. Taxes, if any, are extra. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Reports. You may use our reports for your own business. We keep the right to our methods and templates. With your written permission only, we may publish anonymized results as a case study.

8. Confidentiality. We keep your non-public business information confidential, and use it only to provide the services.

9. Liability. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Ending the service. Either side may end monitoring as set out in the Refund Policy. We may end the service if fees are unpaid or authorization is withdrawn.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
